Martin is the founder of Quantiacs, the first marketplace for quantitative trading systems. Martin has over 20 years experience with the markets, with a focus on quantitative finance. He was the head of IdeaLab Research, one of the preeminent private quantitative research firms in Zurich. Martin and his team developed cutting edge trading systems currently managing hundreds of millions of dollars. In his role there was in charge of hiring, managing and teaching new Quants.

Throughout his career Martin realized the high entry barrier for Quants leaving many great talents untapped. To tackle this inefficiency became Martins passion and was the beginning of Quantiacs.
